The exhibition takes as its starting point a deeply personal experience related to the artist’s father’s final days and the way in which light, windows, and reflections allowed her father to maintain a fragile connection with the outside world. Through simple installations—mirrors, cameras, and suspended materials—Karilee Fuglem explores the perception of time, whether in the present moment, in memory, or through grief.
